Apex can be your key holder when you or your call-outs are not available. In the event of an alarm, we will arrive at your business with the appropriate emergency service, disarm the alarm and conduct a complete inspection of the business and area.

While there, Apex Mobile Patrol Guards assess the cause of the alarm whether it be plumbing, electrical, heating, fire intrusion, etc. and contact the designated call-out(s).

Apex Mobile Patrol Guards will not leave the premises until is has been verified and secured.

The cost to have your staff respond to an alarm is likely substantially higher than our rates.

By retaining the services of Apex, you eliminate both health and safety, workplace safety, and insurance board issues for your employees should one of them be injured while responding to an alarm call.

Should a Uniformed Security Guard be required, Apex can provide this service upon request.

We will provide a Mobile Occurrence Report for any incidents that may occur while on patrol, via fax the next business day or by leaving the report in a pre-designated area of the business.

Dispatched uniformed Guards are licensed under the Ministry of Public Safety and Security.

Fully insured including general liability and personal injury insurance in the amount of $5 million, each employee is covered by a $50,000 fidelity bond. (Memorandum outlining insurance is available upon request).
