is the only locally owned and operated ULC (Underwriters Laboratories of Canada) monitoring station in Northwestern Ontario.
Apex has met or exceeded the rigorous specifications of becoming one of the only 100+ ULC certified stations in Canada, and
is a member of CANASA (Canadian Alarm & Security Association).

The Apex Monitoring Station is a fully computerized environment, utilizing
the most up-to-date software programs to provide efficient alarm processing and
client information. If you or your insurance company need a report on an alarm activity or opening/closings in your home or business, Apex can provide up-to-the-minute reports, 24 hours a day. |

To ensure continuous, uninterrupted service through any weather or storm
condition, we have secondary backup systems including battery and generator
backups to maintain constant power. Our computer network is state of the art,
with a second mirrored network server in the event of a hardware failure. |

Our station personnel are highly trained, well versed in Station
procedures and interact with authorities over direct communication lines. Apex
has invested in specialty training for the Station Manager through a program
taught by the Security Industry Association (SIA). This training program is the
only one of its kind recognized throughout Canada and the United States. |

Through a 24 hour radio link, our monitoring station can dispatch a Mobile Security Officer to attend your home or business on your behalf (advanced
arrangements are required). |
